Voscart Labs builds custom software, mobile apps, and AI solutions. We’re looking for a BDE who is a master communicator and a creative problem-solver, ready to drive our growth.

Your Mission

This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated “hunter.” Your primary goal is to find, engage, and close new clients, with a strong hunger to achieve monthly targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Actively hunt for leads using your deep knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Twiine) and other social/freelance sites.
  • Client Engagement: Manage all inbound/outbound calls and emails, understand client project requirements, and pitch Voscart Labs’ solutions.
  • Closing: Confidently run the full sales cycle to convert prospects into clients and close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all new and existing clients.
  • Coordination: Follow up daily with the internal team to update lead status and ensure client needs are met.

What You Bring

  • Must-Have: Excellent (fluent) English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Proven success in IT sales, with extensive knowledge of freelance bidding portals.
  • Attitude: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have an outgoing personality.
  • Skills: Strong time management, organization, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency: You have strong “IT fluency” and can comfortably discuss technical project requirements.
